Pendulum Bob’s Clock Shop, located in Columbia Missouri, is one of the last remaining clock repair and clock makers in the United States. We are expert Clockmakers and we specialize in the sales and service of new and antique Cuckoo and Grandfather clocks. We consider all clocks heirlooms and we pride ourselves with our personalized service for our customers. We offer expert advice on any clock related matter.

Pendulum Bob’s Clock Shop has been in business and serving the industry for over twenty years. When we first began, we were simply a small shop with one thing in mind, to fill the need for quality and affordable antique clock repair. It quickly became apparent that many people where struggling with finding someone who would “give it to them straight” and who had the skills to not only repair antique clocks but construct the parts needed for repair when necessary. We have a full working machine shop to manufacture any gear, spring, etc that is no longer available.

Over time our reputation as grown and so did our client base which included a large portion of repeat customers, many from around the world. These repeat clients became our best advertising. As the demand for our services grew, so did the products and services that we began to offer.

We made a decision when we first began to always plan for the long term. A long term commitment means long term investments in personnel, training and equipment. You can rest assured that we will still be here next week after your project is complete or product is purchased. Our life blood is our clients and that is where we make the greatest commitment of all.

We not only have a love for clocks and their colorful history but we also have a love for serving people. We feel that bringing a smile to those who pick up a freshly restored clock, especially when they thought it was a lost cause, is one of the most important and thrilling aspects of our business. And when it comes to new clocks, our staff are constantly undergoing training in order to keep abreast of the continuously changing environment and products in our industry.
